Ingredients:

Tomatoes - 1 kg

Salt 1 level tsp

Sugar - 4 tbsp

Vinegar 1/4 cup

Kalonji seeds 1 heaped tbsp

Red Pepper 1 tsp

Oil 100 gm
Method:
Heat the oil. When hot add kalonji seeds. Add the chopped tomatoes salt
and sugar. Heat till the water dries up. Add the red pepper and vinegar.
Cool and store in bottles.
