Set Dosa
Ingredients:

1 cup urad dal

2 cups rice flour

2 tbsp poha

Salt to taste

Oil for making dosas
Method:
Soak the urad dal and pohe for 4-5 hours and grind to a paste. Add rice
flour and salt to this paste and mix well. More water can be added to get
the required consistency. Ferment the dough in a warm place in a large
vessel for about 8 hours. Heat tawa and cook small dosas with the batter
as usual. Serve a set of 3 dosas topped with butter, ghee or chutney.
