Semiya Kesari
Ingredients:
- vermicelli 250 gm
- water 600 ml
- kesari powder a pinch
- raisins (roasted) a few
- roasted cashews a few
- sugar 400 gm
- cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- ghee 4 ounce- 1/2 cup
Method:
Dry roast vermicelli till golden brown. Add vermicelli to boiling water. When cooked add sugar, kesari powder, cardamom powder, ghee, cashews and raisins and mix well. Remove when done.
