Sabudana Khichadi
Ingredients:

1 cup sabudana
-
1/2 cup groundnuts
-
1 medium sized potato,
-
10 green chillies,
-
2 tbsp. coriander leaves,
-
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
-
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
-
1/2 tsp urad daal
-
2-3 tsp oil
-
salt to taste
Method:
Soak sabudana overnight. Grind the groundnut into a fine powder. Heat oil
and add mustard seeds. When it crackles add urid dal and cummin seeds and
fry till dal is pink in color. Cut potatoes in to small pieces and chop
the green chillies and add to the oil. When cooked add the soaked sabudana
and fry for a minute. Add groundnut powder and salt and fry again for about
10 minutes. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
