Rice Thepala
Ingredients:

Cooked Rice 1 cup

Wheat Flour 1 cup

Curds 1/4 cup

Green Chillies, minced 4

Coariander Leaves, chopped 1/4

Ginger, minced 1/2

Cumin Seeds 1 tsp

Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

Salt to taste

Oil 2 tbsp

Red Chilli powder 1 tsp

Oil for shallow frying
Method:
Mix all ingredients and make a soft dough. Take water as needed. Make six
balls. Heat a skillet with a spoonful of oil in it. Put one ball in it
and press into a round with wet fingers. Make it as large as you can. Allow
it to cook and become light brown. Turn thepala upside down. Apply more
oil and cook till it becomes golden brown. Serve hot with vegetables, curry
or chutney.
