Mushroom Soup

Pressure cook together chopped mushrooms(not the minced ones), potato, onion, ginger and garlic in two cups of water for 15 mins on high to low heat. Remove from heat and allow the pressure cooker to cool naturally. Transfer to a pan and add the minced mushrooms. Place on medium heat and cook for 2 minutes. Add milk and heat again. Remove from heat. Serve soup soon after milk is added. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
