Ingredients:
- rice flour 3/4 cup
- sour curd 2 big spoons(Laddles)
- salt 3/4 tsp
- oil 2 tbsp
- mustard 1/2 tsp
- urad dal 1/2 tsp
- red chillies 3
- asafoetida a pinch
Method:
Mix salt and curd together and add rice flour to this mixture. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard, red chillies, urad dal and asafoetida. When the mustard crackles add the rice flour mixture and stir well. Add curry leaves. When the rice flour mixture does't
stick to the sides and is thick remove and serve.
