Mango Delight
Ingredients:

Mangoes 3 ripe

Thick cream 1/2 cup

Tutti-fruitti 2 tbsp

Instant coffee powder 1 tbsp

Icing sugar 2 tbsp

A few mint sprigs for decoration
Method:
Carefully cut two slices of each mango. With a rounded spoon scoop a little
pulp from the centre of each slice. Now mix cream, tutti-fruitti, sugar
and coofee together. Put a little of this filling in each hallowed mango
slice. Decorate with mint sprigs and place the scooped out mango pulp balls
on the side. Serve chilled.
