Ingredients:

Short crust pastry 100gm

Mangoes 2

Sugar 40 gm

Milk 375 gm

Lemon 1

Egg Yolk 2
Method:
Have a deep plate or lan ring with pastry. Bake blind. Make a sauce with
flour, milk. Add sugar and grated lemon rind. Bring to boil and cook for
two minutes, cool. Add the lemon juice and egg yolks, beat well. Add the
sliced mangoes. Pour into the pastry case. Bake in a cool oven-275°F/140°C
for about 40 minutes. Chill and serve.
