Mango Fool
Ingredients:

Ripe mangoes 2

Crusted or evaporated milk 1c
Method:
Peel the mangoes and blend the pulp. Mix with the evaporated milk. Pour
into individual glasses and serve chilled, decorated with a little whipped
cream. Fruit fools are delicate and refreshing sweets and are suitable
to serve in hot weather.
