Mango Chutney
Ingredients:

Cut and peeled mangoes 1 1/2 kg

Sugar 1 1/2 kg

Raisins 100 gm

Ginger Paste 125 gm

Garlic paste 125 gm

Red chilli powder 25gm

Vinegar 1/2 bottle

Salt to taste
Method:
Mix the mango pieces and sugar and heat. When the water from the mango
dries add garlic, ginger paste and chilli powder. Let it simmer for some
time. Now add vinegar, raisins and salt to taste. Simmer till desired consistency
is reached.
