Mango Coconut Chutney
Ingredients:

Sour raw mango pieces: 1/3 to 1/2 cup.

Grated Coconut: 1 cup

Red Chillies: 4-6

Asafoetida a small Piece

Salt to taste
Method:
Heat 1 tsp of oil, fry asafoetida in it and remove. In the same oil, roast
the chillies. Grind them with coconut and mango pieces to a smooth paste.
Add salt to taste and mix.
