Kaltschale
Ingredients:

Berries 500 gm (strawberries, raspberries, black currants)

Sugar 100 gm

Chilled milk 1 lt
Method:
Cook the berries until they are tender. Pass through a sieve. Whisk this
puree with sugar until frothy and light. Mix with milk, chill in the refrigerator
before serving.
