Melt ghee and saute onions till transparent. Add lentil and vegetables. Saute till they change color and become a little soft. Mix green chilli ginger paste and salt to taste. Add thin coconut milk and cook on medium heat. Mix gram flour in thick coconut milk and add to the stew. Also mix garam masala. Simmer for a few minutes. Sprrinkle coriander leaves and serve hot.
