Green Peas Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups cooked peas.
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 tsp flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp powdered pepper
- 2 1/2 cups meat stock or boiling water
- cream for topping
- salt to taste
Method:
Mix butter and flour with meat stock. Grind peas to a smooth paste. Add to the ground paste to the stock mixture and simmer in sauce pan on slow fire, till soup
is smooth and thick. Add salt and pepper to taste. Also add freshly whipped cream on top.
