Honey Anzac Cookies
Ingredients:

Margarine or butter 125 gms

Honey 2 tbsp

Flour 150 gms

Rolled breakfast oats 125 gms

Dessicated coconut 100 gms

Soft brown sugar 175 gms

Soda bicarb 1 tsp

Hot water 1 tbsp
Method:
Melt butter or margarine and honey. Meanwhile mix together flour, coconut,
sugar and oats. Dissolve soda bicarb in water. Mix everything together.
Roll into small balls and put on a greased baking sheet, allow for speading.
Cook in a moderate oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown, or darker
if desired to be crunchy.
