Gazpacho Soup
Ingredients:
- 8 large tomatoes, peeled
- 1 large cucumber, pored
- 1 medium sized green capsicum
- 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- a dash of red chilli powder, pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic split
- desired quantity of cold water
- croutons
Method:
Keep aside one tomato, half cucumber and capsicum, for serving with soup. Grind all the other ingredients except garlic and croutons
and chill. Float garlic on chilled soup before serving. Serve with chopped tomato, cucumber and capsicum along with croutons as
accompaniments.
