Soak peas for 1/2 an hour(if not frozen). Fry red chilly, green chilly, cumin, coconut and cinnamon. Grind to a paste. In a pan add oil. Splutter mustard, urad dal and then add onion. Fry onions till brown. Add curry leaves, ground masala and green peas. Add salt and turmeric powder. Fry for 2 minutes and remove.
