Greengram Koshumbir
Ingredients:
- split green gram 50 gm
- green chillies 2
- ginger 5 gm
- lime 1/2
- coconut 30 gm
- coriander leaves 1 bunch
- salt to taste
Ingredients For Tempering:
- split black gram 1/2 tsp
- mustard 1/2 tsp
- red chilly 1
- fat 1 tsp
Method:
Soak the green gram overnight in sufficients water. Drain. Grate coconut, chop chillies, ginger and coriander leaves fine. Mix all
the ingredients together. Add the tempering. Serve chilled.
