Ingredients:

Cooking apples 3

Tamarind Paste 1/4 tsp

Kashmiri chillies 2

Cumminseeds 1/4 tsp

small onion 1

Garlic Flakes 2

Jaggery 1 tbsp

Salt to taste
Method:
Peel, core and cut the apples into bits. Break the chillies into bits as
well. Now put the apple bits, chillies, cumin seeds, minced onion, minced
garlic flakes, tamarind paste, jaggery and salt to taste on the blender
jar and blend for a minute. Chill till serving time.
