Ingredients:

Copra gratings 4 cups

Cocoa powder 4 tsps

Butter or ghee 2 tbsp

Sugar 1 1/2 cups

Mawa 2 tbsp
Method:
Grind the gratings and get a thick extraction of the milk. Mix sugar and
boil till very thick. Add cocoa powder, mawa and butter and stir till mixture
leaves the sides of the vessels. Pour on a plate and shape the mass into
square. Cut into cubes while still warm. Can be sealed in wrappers, if
desired, on cooling.
