Chocolate Piped Biscuits
Ingredients:

Butter 50 gms

Flour 100 gms

Milk 50 ml

Cocoa powder 2 level tbsp

Powdered sugar 50 gms

Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Method:
Reduce 2 tbsp flour and add 2 tbsp cocoa powder and sieve it with baking
powder. Cream butter and sugar. Add milk and stir. Add flour and mix thoroughly.
It should be of smooth consistency. Put the mixture in the icing bag or
forcer and fit the star nozzle. Hold over a greased tin and press downwards.
Each biscuit should have a neat, even shape. Bake them in a moderately
hot oven for about 15 minutes.
