Ingredients:

Coconut gratings 3 tbsp

Roasted rice flour 4 cups

Roasted urad dal flour 1 cup

Green chillies 5/6

Cummin seeds 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Butter 2 tbsp

Asafoetida a pinch

Til seeds 1 tbsp

Oil for frying
Method:
Grind dry coconut gratings and chillies. Mix both the flour and batter
well. Add the rest of the rest of the ingredients and make a stigh dough.
Heat oil; make chaklis with the preparing mould(double or triple rings).
Deep fry till brown and crisp. Quite a punchy crunch.
