Chatpata Toast

Method:

Apply butter to the toast. Cut yam slices with a round, flutted cutter. Shallow fry yam and carrot pieces in oil. Sprinkle chaat masala. Mix chaat masala and salt in the thick curd and spread in the middle of toast. Arrange yam and carrot pieces. Decorate with wedges of lemon and parsely.
