Peel and slice small potatoes into 2 after cooking. Apply little green chutney in between the sliced potato and sandwich together. Whip curd with little salt and sugar. Heat tamarind extract in low flame till raw smell goes. Add salt, jaggery, chilli powder and boil for few more minutes. Just before removing add dhania, jeera powder. Arrange potatoes on serving dish. Pour sweet and sour sauce over that evenly. Spread curd on top, sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
