Alu Tikka
Ingredients:

4 large boiled potatoes

2 slices of bread

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

1 tsp garam masala powder

1 tsp finely chopped green coriander

salt to taste

a little oil for brushing
Method:
Peel and mash potatoes. Soak bread slices in water for a minute. Then squeeze
the water out and keep aside. In a mixing bowl mix the mashed potatoes,
sliced bread, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, green coriander
and salt. Then shape into small croquettes. Slide them on the oiled skewers
and brush lightly with oil. Heat the tandoor for about 5 minutes and grill
the potato rolls till done. Keep rotating the skewers till they are uniformly
brown. Serve hot on a bed of onion, tomato and cucumber rings.
