Agathi Bajjis
Ingredients :

Agathi Flowers 20

Gram flour 1 cup

Rice flour 1/2 cup

Chilli powder 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Asafoetida a pinch

Ajwain 1/4 tsp

Coriander leaves, chopped a few

Oil for frying
Method:
Heat 3 tbsp oil and pour over the two flours and mix well. Add the rest
of the ingredients except the flowers and make a thick batter of coating
consistency with water. Heat oil and dip each agathi flower into the batter
and deep fry till brown and crisp. Drain and serve.
