Garlic Chutney
Ingredients:

Garlic 25 flakes

Red chillies 10
-
Cummin seeds 1 tsp
-
Tamarind gooseberry sized
-
Salt as required
-
Curry leaves 1/4 cup
-
Oil: 1tsp
-
Mustard 1/4 tsp.
Method:

Fry red chillies, curry leaves, garlic and cummin seed in little oil.

Grind with salt and soaked tamarind to smooth paste.

Heat oil and add mustard seeds to crackle.

Mix with chutney.
-
Use as a sandwich spread on buttered toast.
