Ginger And Green Chilly Chutney
Ingredients:

3" ginger piece
-
10 green chilly
-
little tamarind
-
jaggery
-
2 sprigs curry leaves
-
1 tbsp oil
-
salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, fry green chillies along with curry leaves for a while
and keep aside. Mix ginger, tamarind, salt, jaggery to the above green
chilly, curry leaves and grind to a paste.
