Ingredients:

mustard seeds 1/8 tsp

Black gram dal 1 tsp

bengal gram dal 1 1/2 tsp

asafoetida a pinch

big onion 1

Grated Fresh Coconut 3 tbsp

Tamarind a a little

curry leaves 23 springs

coriander leaves 1 small bunch

salt as required
Method:
Heat little oil and add the ingredients one by one as mentioned. Fry everything
including tamarind and salt. Grind coarsely.

Green or red chillies 8

Asafoetida a pinch

Salt as required

Blackgram dal 1/12 tsp

Grated Fresh Coconut 1/2 cup tbsp

Tamarind a little
Method:
Heat little oil and fry all the ingredients, add salt, tamarind and grind
together coarsely. Heat oil, season with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
