Banana Fritters
Ingredients:

Ripe banana 4 large

Vanilla custard powder 2 tbsp

Maida 4 tbsp

Sugar 3 tbsp

Vanilla essence a few drops
-
A pinch of baking powder

oil for deep frying
Method:
In the mixing bowl put in the peeled banana and mash them well. Then gradually
add the vanilla custard powder, maida, sugar, a few drops of vanilla essence
and a pinch of baking powder. Mix well. IF the batter is too stiff a little
milk can be added. The batter should be of a dropping consistency. Heat
up the oil in a kadai and drop tablespoons of the batter in the oil and
fry to a golden brown. Drain and place these banana fritters on a serving
plate. Sprinkle some sugar on them and keep a few wedges of lemon and serve.
