Beaten Rice Cheese Balls
Ingredients :

Thick beaten rice (Aval/Poha) 2 cups

Onion 1

Capsicum 1

Oil 2 tbsp

Roasted peanuts 3 tbsp

Tomato Ketchup 3-4 tbsp

Salt to taste

Cheese 75 gms
Method:
Wash beaten rice and soak in water till soft but not mushy(approx 2-5 minutes).
Drain and squeeze out water without mashing the poha. Finely chop onions
and capsicums(remove seeds). Heat oil and fry onions still light brown.
Add capsicums and fry till soft. Add to the beaten rice. Add salt. Crush
peanuts coarsely and add. Add grated cheese and tomato ketchup and mix.
Make small balls and serve.
