Pav Bhaji

Cut all the vegetables. Boil beans, cauliflower, carrot, capsicum and potato in the cooker. Fry onions in the pan with little oil until it becomes golden brown. Add tomatoes to it. Mash all the vegetables which has been boiled already with hands. Add chilli powder and salt. Grind cloves, cinnamon, elaichi, bay leaves and add them to the mashed vegetables and cook in the pan along with onions and tomatoes for a while. Then add chopped coriander leaves, fresh onions and then squeeze a half lemon(optional) into it and mix. Cut the bun horizontally into 2 halves. Spread butter to both the inner sides and toast lightly in a tava. Serve with bhaji.
