Put a slice of cheese on the buttered toast. Peel and scoop cucumber. Prepare smooth mixture of paneer paste, fresh cream, yellow color and salt to taste. Fill tightly in the cucumber. Chill in fridge. Cut slices. Mix together paneer cubes, peas, curd. grated cheese, salt and pepper. Arrange cucumber slices and paneer mix on the cheese slice. Decorate with a sprig of parsely.
