Fresh Pasta With Corn Sauce

Method:

To prepare pasta, mix all ingredients together and make dough like puri. Knead and divide into 2 balls. Roll it out and cut 1cm, wide strips. Boil water about 1 litre with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp oil. Add pasta strips and boil for 8 mins. They will get cooked. Take out in a colander. Mix 1/2 tsp oil so that they do not stick to each other. To prepare corn sauce, heat oil and saute chillies, ginger and onion till soft and transparent. Add tomatoes, cream style sweet corn, fresh beans, carrot half cup water and salt to taste. Mix well and simmer for few minutes. Take pastas in a serving plate and pour corn sauce on it. Serve hot.
