Ingredients:
- bengal gram flour 1 kg
- oil to mix 60 ml
- salt 1 tsp
- water 3 cups
- oil to fry
Method:
Sift gram flour. Rub in oil. Add salt and water to make a stiff dough. Press the sev moulds into hot fat. When crisp and golden brown, remove and drian. Tin and use as required.
