Instant Rava Idli



Fry rava till pink and cool it. In a pan add oil and fry mustard and cashews for a minute. Mix all other ingredients with rava. Add curds before preparing the idlis. The batter should be in thick consistency. Pour a tbsp of batter in the idli plate and make idlis as usual.

Note: Add soda just before making the idlies to get soft idlies.
