Italian Spinach Paste
Ingredients:

Spaghetti, boiled 40 gm

Butter 2 tbsp

Ginger, green chillies and garlic paste 2 tsp

Chopped spinach 3 cups

Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp

Salt and black pepper powder to taste

Milk 1 cup

Corn flour 1 tbsp
Method:
Melt butter and saute masala paste for two minutes. Cook spinach till tender
and make paste. Add it to the cooking masala paste. Now mix pasta, cinnamon
powder, salt and pepper. Melt corn flour in the milk and add to the simmering
pasta. Stir till the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
