Marie biscuits 24

Finely chopped cashewnuts 2 tbsp

Tiny raisins 2 tbsp

Grated chocolate tutti-fruitti 2 tbsp

Instant coffee 2 tbsp

Icing sugar 2 tbsp

Icicng sugar 1/2 cup

Instant coffee 1 tbsp

Butter 1 tbsp
Method:
Crush the Marie biscuits with a rolling pin. In a mixing bowl put in the
crushed biscuits, finely chopped cashewnuts, raisins, tutti-fruitti, butter,
grated chocolate, icing sugar and the cream. Dissolve the instant coffee
in a little water and add it to the mixing bowl. Mix all well. Now shape
the mixture into a neat block. Prepare the coffee icing spread. Dissolve
the instant coffee in 2 tbsp of water. In a bowl beat the butter and icing
sugar together, then add the coffee liquid and mix thoroughly. Spread this
coffee icing evenly and mix thoroughly. Spead this coffee icing evenly
over the biscuit block. Leave to set. Then decorate with vashewnut halves,
glazed cherries and some mint sprigs. Slice and serve.
