Mix all ingredients together and knead well. Roll out thinly and cut into 2 inch rounds with a pastry cutter.
Grind the ingredients to a smooth paste.
Fill each round with paste. Fold in the shape of a cone. Boil six cups of water, add stuffed wanton to boiling water or stock, cook for 15 minutes. Serve hot with garlic sauce.
Grind garlic and ginger to a paste. Blanch and skin the tomatoes. Remove the seeds and chop fine. Mix cornflour and water to make a thin paste. Heat oil, add onions and saute until pale gold. Add ground ingredients, celery and salt and cook for five minutes. Add stock water and bring to boil. Add soya sauce, cornflour paste and sugar. Bring to boil till sauce thickens. To serve, arrange wantons in a decorative plate and pour the sauce over and serve hot.
