Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cubed onion
- 1/2 tsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup carrot
- 1/4 cup green peas
- 1 cup milk
- salt, pepper to tast
- grated cheese(optional)
Method:
Fry onion in ghee till brown at the edges. Add flour, fry till brown. Add rest of vegetables, cook in water till tender, but not over done.
Drain vegetables and grind. Mix the ground vegetables with stock add milk and water to obtain desired consistency. Bring to a boil. Add salt
and pepper to taste.
