Vegetable Burger
Ingredients:

bread rolls 12

vegetable cutlets 12

lettuce leaves 6

green coriander chutney 6 tbsp

grated cheese 3 tbsp

butter 3 tbsp

tomato sauce 3 tbsp

onion 1

lime 1

coriander leaves 2 tbsp

chilli powder 1/2 tsp

salt 1/4 tsp
Method:
Wash lettuce leaves and tear into halves. Grate the cheese and chop coriander
leaves. Cut onion into thin round slices and mix with lime juice, salt,
chilli powder and coriander leaves.
To assemble the burgers: cut rolls into halves. Apply butter to the
cut sides. Place a lettuce leaf on the cut roll, sprinkle a little cheese
and a little bit of the onion mixture on it ___ place the cutlet over the
onion, apply chutney and sprinkle tomato sauce on the cutlet, and cover
it with the top part of the roll. Run a long tooth pick into the burger
(to keep it in place) and serve with any salad.
