Tom Yam Kathi Kap Kalampli

Mix four cups of warm water into grated coconut, blend in a mixer and squeeze out the milk. Roast red chillies and powder. Add fried onions, garlic and ginger and make a fine paste. Heat oil, add coconut milk, when hot, add cabbage and lemon grass bundle, lemon juice, soya sauce, demerara sugar, salt and pepper. Allow to boil and then simmer for 5 minutes. Adjust water to get right consistency. Remove lemon grass bundle. Serve hot with little of golden fried onion in each bowl.
