Toasted Matar Sandwiches
Ingredients:

Bread 8 slices

Butter as required

Few slices of tomatoes

Few slices of cheese

Salt to taste
Ingredients For Matar Chutney:

Green peas boiled 3/4 cup

Coriander leaves 1/4 cup

Green chillies 3
-
Lemon juice 3 tbsp

Salt to taste

Coconut grated 1/4 cup
Method:
Apply nutter to the slices. Prepare mattar chutney out of all the ingredients.
Apply chutney lavishly on the side of the bread slices where butter is
not there. Put slice of cheese and tomato on it. Cover with the chutney
side. The buttered side will come on top.
Put prepared sandwich in a grilling toaster and make golden crisp sandwiches.
Serve hot with ketchup.
