Thengai Podi
Ingredients:
- toor dal 1/4 cup
- chana dal 1/4 cup
- red chillies 3
- asafoetida a small pinch
- ripe coconut 1/2 the coconut
- salt to taste
Method:
Roast all the ingredients except coconut in little oil till light brown. In the same hot, heat the coconut. Grind all the ingredients together to a fine powder along with salt.
