Stuffed Bananas
Ingredients :

Large ripe bananas (preferably kerala variety) 4

Cake crumbs 2 cups

Chopped walnuts 4 tbsp

Mixed fruit jam 2 tbsp

Milk to mix

Butter 4 tbsp
Method:
Slit along one side of each banana and carefully remove the peel, without
breaking it. Mix cake crumbs with walnuts, jam and enough milk to bind
the mixture together. Slit each banana lengthwise into two. Sandwich the
two parts together with quarter of the filling. Apply one tbsp of butter
all over and cover with the peel again. Secure with a thread. Place on
a baking tray and bake in a moderate oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove
the peel and cut each banana into two pieces.
Serves 4-6
