Sparkling Grape Pudding
Ingredients For Sparkling Grape Layer:

Lemon jelly crystals 1 packet

Grape Juice 1 cup

Salt 1/4 tsp

Seedless grapes 1 cup
Ingredients For Creamy Base Layer:

Paneer 1 cup

Milk 1/2 cup

Fresh cream 200 gms

Grape juice 1 cup

Gelatine 2 1/2 tbsp

Powdered sugar to taste 1 cup

Grape essence (optional) 1 tsp

Walnuts chopped 1/2 cup
Method:
Melt lemon jelly crystals in water. Remove from heat and mix grape juice
and salt. Chill in fridge till semi-set. Mix grapes. Pour in a pudding
mould. Set it in the refrigerator. To prepare creamy base, beat paneer
with milk to make smooth paste. Add fresh cream. Melt gelatin and sugar
in the grape juice. Add essence and walnut pieces. Mix everything together.
Put in the fridge till semi-set. Lightly beat and pour over the set jelly
mixture in the moulkd. Again, allow to set in the fridge.Transfer it to
a serving plate and keep in fridge till serving time. Cut into pieces and
serve.
