Spinach Fried Rice
Ingredients:

2 cups Basmati Rice

2 tsp Butter
-
5 cloves
-
4 cardmom
-
1" cinnamon
-
15 cashew {optional}

1 medium onion {cut small pieces}

4 green chilli
-
1 tsp ginger garlic paste

100 gms frozen spinach or fresh spinach

3 cups water
-
salt to taste
Method:
Add butter in a pressure cooker and heat it. Add cloves, cinnamon and cardamom
to the butter and when they start spluttering add onions, chilli and ginger
garlic paste to this. When the onions are fried till brown add spinach
and rice. Fry for 2 minutes and add salt and water. Cover and cook. Switch
off after 3 whistles. Serve hot. Raita or any gravy suits well.
