Spinach Dal Salad
Ingredients:
- Chana dal 150g
- Onions, chopped 2
- Palak, a small bunch
- Tomatoes, diced 2
- Green chilli 1
- Oranges, peeled 2
- Grapefruit juice, 6 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
Steam the channa dal. Add into it chopped raw onions, tomatoes, orange slices, chopped green chilli and finely chopped raw palak.
Toss the mixture in the grapefruit juice. Add salt to taste. Serve cold.
