Grind the mint leaves into a smooth paste with a little water and keep aside. Dry roast the cumin seeds lightly in a frying pan; grind them into powder and keep aside. Beat curd, mint, finely chopped coriander leaves and cummin seeds together. Add salt and sugar and mix well. Chill well and garnish with chilli powder and serve.
